What to expect at our consultation
Our first port of call is to analyse the data from the Client Intake form which you will have completed. The information requested is designed to enable a fuller picture of yourself and your lifestyle. In a holistic approach, one cannot just probe the symptom(s) which are present in the client. It is of great importance to focus on the whole body, which includes emotional and mental health. There are many factors which can cause symptoms to manifest and our desire is to find and treat the underlying cause of an issue, rather than treat just a symptom itself. We will of course discuss your symptoms, although they will not be viewed in isolation. To facilitate this process, we will also include as part of our consultation, the use of the ROFES diagnostic mini-clinic.
ROFES testing technique is based on the method of electro-puncture.
ROFES is designed to test the overall level of health and functional status of 17 major organs and body systems. Everyday challenges which we come across in our lives can have an impact on our health, physically, mentally and emotionally. ROFES allows us to see these impacts on a physical, mental and emotional level also. A window of opportunity is presented, to prevent diseased physical states from becoming an eventuality. The assessment of the mental and emotional states indicates the level of fatigue, stress and nervous tension which the client is under and the potential influence which emotions are having on the body itself.
Our first consultation will last approximately one hour, including three readings from the ROFES test and is offered at a discounted price of £30. Follow up mini consultations may last around 30 minutes, including two readings from the ROFES test. Any recommended supplements bought from Alive and Well Natural Therapies will be charged separately to the consultation fee.
By combining our consultation methods, we can get a much clearer diagnosis of what underlying factors are impeding your health. This permits us to give a bespoke and tailored protocol of treatment. We have a range of premium, high-grade supplements, herbal teas, tinctures and herbs available. Our unique and specialised herbal teas can be modified to meet any specific needs which you may require. If we feel that there are other options to treat you more efficiently than those we have in our own stock, we will advise you on these and help the best we can to direct you to the best place for the supplements.
